Today I left Germany for an undefined but certainly very long time. I did not really think a lot about where to leave Germany - cycling via Dresden to Prague just felt like the most natural way. Anyway it was a very good decision to choose the way along the Elbe as this meant that the last thing of Germany I saw was the Sächsische Schweiz, a distinctively beautiful area were I spent many summer holidays as a child.
Thanks a lot to all the good children who ate up - it helped insofar as there was not only rain today :o)
We arrived relatively dry in Decin which surprised us as a pretty town with a splendid castle and what seems to be the longest and most beautiful driveway ever.
